We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

When you open a page, your browser sends technical information to our server: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page and your browser and operating system. We use it to deliver the website, keep it secure and find errors. It is kept only as long as needed for these purposes.

The website runs on a server of Contabo GmbH (Germany) in a data centre in the European Union. The film on the page is served from this server as well; no video platform is involved.

The typeface is provided by Adobe Fonts. To display it, your browser loads the font files from Adobe’s servers, which transmits your IP address to Adobe. Adobe states that it does not set cookies for this and uses the data only to provide the service and for licence accounting. Adobe may process data in the USA; see Adobe’s privacy notice for Adobe Fonts.

When you use one of these forms, we process the details you enter:

• first and last name and e-mail address,
• where the form asks for them: company, role, business type, country and phone number,
• for delegate invites: whether you prefer to be contacted by e-mail or phone,
• for the contact form: what your request is about and your message.

We also store the time of the request and your IP address, which we use to block automated spam. The request is saved on our server and sent to our team by e-mail. If you request the Provider Deck, we send you an e-mail with a download link; replies to it reach our team directly.

We use these details to answer your request, to organise AssetRush® and to follow up with you personally about participating. We keep them as long as we need them for this and delete them afterwards, unless statutory retention obligations apply. We invite selected business contacts to AssetRush® by e-mail. We obtain their names, functions and business e-mail addresses from publicly available sources such as company websites and professional networks, and from providers of business contact data.

If you arrive on this website through a link in such an e-mail, the link contains a personal identifier. The website uses it to address you by name and show your company, and it records for this identifier:

• that you opened the page, requested the Provider Deck or opened the booking window,
• how you used the page: which sections you viewed, how far you scrolled, how long the page was actively open, which buttons you clicked and whether you played the film.

Our e-mails may also record whether they were opened and which links were clicked. We use this to follow up on our invitation in a relevant way and to learn which invitations are of interest. The data is processed on our own servers and is not shared with third parties. Legal basis under the GDPR: our legitimate interest in business development (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

If you do not want to receive further invitations or want us to delete your details, reply to the e-mail or write to [email protected]. Visits without such a link are not linked to a person.

If online booking is offered, the booking calendar is provided by Calendly LLC (USA). It is loaded only when you open the booking window, and the details you enter there go to Calendly and to us. Calendly’s own privacy policy applies to its service.

When you close the privacy notice, your browser stores this choice in its local storage so that the notice does not appear again. Nothing else is stored on your device.

Apart from our team, personal data is received only by service providers who process it on our behalf: our hosting provider, our e-mail provider and, as described above, Adobe and Calendly. We do not sell personal data. Data is processed in Switzerland and the European Union and, for Adobe and Calendly, in the USA. For transfers to the USA we rely on the Swiss-U.S. and EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses.

You may request access to your personal data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing and, where the GDPR applies, receive it in a portable format. Write to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Switzerland this is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
